This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!

Hey, this probably like the dumbest most newbest question there is, but... How do you get the color effect that makes the colors look washed out and give it a retro feel? I can't really describe it, its almost got a teal blue ish tint and the colors aren't very saturated, but definatly not black and white.
I think on of your pictures has the effect I'm talking about ( [link] )

You say plz because it's shorter than please, I say no because it's shorter than yes.
heyhey sorry its taken me so long to comment back X__x
anyway, to get that effect, all you do is pick colors for a gradient, set it over the layer of whatever and change the opacity to overlay or something like that i hope that helped!
